1. Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applied to all orders, regardless of order size or location within India.

• The shipping fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier partner, typically between 5–10 business days.

• During peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays.

3. Tracking Orders

• Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details (if available) through email or WhatsApp.

• Customers can use this information to track their package directly with the courier service.

4. Incorrect Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, and contact details at checkout.

• TerrestrialYT is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at terrestrialyt2003@gmail.com with photos or videos.

• In case of lost shipments due to courier errors, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
