• We do not provide refunds for any products or services once payment has been completed.

3. Shipping Fee

• A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applied to all orders.

• This shipping fee is non-refundable under all conditions.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Although we do not offer returns or refunds, we do care about our customers:

• After reviewing your complaint (with supporting proof like photos/videos), we may provide a replacement at our discretion.
