• This shipping fee is non-refundable and cannot be waived once the order is confirmed.

3. Responsibility of Customers

• TerrestrialYT will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

4. Exceptions

• Orders cannot be canceled even if you change your mind after purchase.

• The only exception is in the rare case where TerrestrialYT is unable to process or deliver your order. In such situations, we will contact you directly and provide the next steps.
